    This hotel offered exclusive seamless service! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a friendly staff who made me feel like a VIP guest. the Spa & wellness center provided a range of luxurious treatments, including a full body massage and beauty treatments. the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi complemented the experience. the sun terrace, with its comfortable sun loungers and infinity pool, provided spectacular views of the Andes range and the golf course.

    The restaurant missed the mark with poorly prepared dishes, but this minor issue was offset by the room advantages. My spacious room had exclusive amenities, including an in-room breakfast, making it easy to start the day.

    Our group of friends had an incredible time nestled among the hills at this gorgeous resort. the rooms were comfortable and spacious with breathtaking views of the golf course, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. We loved the spa and pool facilities, and couldn't get enough of the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. the pristine golf course and nearby fishing options were an absolute dream come true.

    We did find the service at the bar to be a bit slow at times.

    Imagine waking up to a breathtaking view of the Andes Mountain ranges whilst enjoying a sumptuous breakfast at an outdoor pool. That was the highlight of my recent trip! The hotel offers a serene atmosphere as the rooms are well maintained with an excellent view of the surrounding landscapes. , there is a golf course nearby for those in need of a quick game.

    Although the outdoor pool in the hotel is stunning, it's not heated, so it's quite cold during the cold season of the year. the hotel restaurant menu is somewhat limited, and the service was not at the level we expected.

    The beautiful views and the comfortable rooms were two of the best aspects of my Christmas stay. the location was also great for golfing and fly fishing, and being surrounded by the Andes was a breathtaking advantage.

    The service was subpar. the staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, and the food and beverages at the restaurant were just average.
